PURRDY PAWS PET GROOMING SPA IS HIRING AN EXPERIENCED CLIENT CARE REPRESENTATIVE / PET GROOMER HELPER AT OUR LOCATION IN THE BEECHWOOD/ROCKCLIFFE NEIGHBOURHOOD !

• Answering multiple phone lines booking appointments
• Handling client inquiries in-person and over the phone re: their pets and appointments
• Educating clients about pet care as it pertains to coat maintenance, and various services Purrdy Paws offers
• Selling retail product and assisting walk in clients as needed
• Assisting groomers with checking in and out their dogs
• Assisting with bathing/drying and nail care of pets
• Organizing paperwork, sending invoices, and taking messages effectively
• Posting on company social media pages
• Cleaning of the front retail/reception area of the salon and more….
  Our ideal candidate is a permanent full time employment with room for growth. We are looking for a person who has a passion for a career in the pet care industry and a strong interest in animal health and well-being, as well as strong administrative/reception skills to bring our team together! This position can lead to a management role for this location for the right candidate.
  This candidate will be creative and have new and fresh ideas to bring to the table and have a desire to help grow and expand the business with our fantastic leadership team.
  PLEASE NOTE: Initial training period TBD may be conducted at our Glebe location onsite with our operations manager. The role will require the ability to work independently at times.
