Must Love Dogs! Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This opportunity includes retail sales along with booking grooming appointments, cash handling, inventory control, stocking and cleaning. The ideal candidate is dependable and reliable with excellent customer service skills, top-notch accuracy, exemplary phone skills and displays exceptional multi-tasking skills. Microsoft proficient, POS experience and upselling skills a must. Management Experience a big plus. $14-$15/hour 35-40 hour work week including weekends No evenings or overnights Responsibilities: Customer service – Greet customers and their dogs enthusiastically as they enter the location and answer any questions or as needed. Assist the customers with locating various products with Booking Appointments - Answer phones and book dog grooming appointments in POS system according to company guidelines as well as appointment reminder calls. Cash handling – Accept money in the form of cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for items purchased. Ensure accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift. Accept and process all returns or exchanges according to store policy. Store Presentation - Ensuring the retail section of the store is always showroom ready, restocking, organizing, cleaning, etc. Requirements: High school diploma required (or equivalent) Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal communication and phone skills Multitasking in a busy environment Ability to operate available equipment, such as POS system, cash registers, calculators, or scanners Necessary mathematical skills, as needed to make the change and give refunds Knowledgeable about the company's products and services and customer-related policies Social Media posting, analyzing and monitoring About Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming North Palm Beach: We are a pet store and grooming salon that is highly rated and a neighborhood fave because of our dedication to ensuring their dogs live their best life and look amazing while they do.
