Position Title: Petroleum Network Operations Manager
Location: Kamloops, BC

Company Overview:
Cool Creek Energy Ltd and Rocky Mountain Energy Ltd are dynamic and growing companies in the energy sector. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Petroleum Network Operations Manager to lead the expansion and optimization of our cardlock and bulk terminal network. This is a key role for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will be a technical leader for future IT projects within Cool Creek Energy Ltd and Rocky Mountain Energy Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
· System Management:
o Maintain the integrity and smooth operation of our cardlock network systems. This includes proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance.
o Supporting our operations team with fuel terminal software and hardware. Leading future projects for cardlock and fuel terminal upgrades.
o Contractor and vender leadership in regards to technology upgrades within the organization.
· System Software Expertise:
o You will be responsible for managing system software, conducting upgrades, and troubleshooting software-related issues.
· Project Leadership:
o Lead the onboarding of new sites to our cardlock network, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
· Network Growth:
o Play a key role in the strategic growth of our cardlock network, identifying new opportunities for expansion and development.
· Computer Skills:
o You must possess above-average computer skills, including familiarity with server hardware and networking concepts.
· Flexibility:
o Ability to work evenings and weekends when required to address operational needs.
· Travel:
o Some travel will be necessary to visit and support our various cardlock locations.
Qualifications:
· Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the energy or logistics sector.
· Technical Skills:
o Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot computer systems, software, and hardware.
· Project Management:
o Demonstrated experience in leading projects from initiation to completion.
· Communication Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Benefits:
· Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
