JOB SUMMARY
To facilitate and administer Petroleum, Oil and Lube (POL) supplies and facilities for the Unit from within a busy Motor Transport (MT) Team. The incumbent will be required to maintain serviceability of POL facilities and ensure sufficient fuel levels are maintained by monitoring the facilities using the Ground Fuel Management System (GFMS), reporting facilities faults when required, anticipating and ordering POL resupplies, recording of Unit POL spending, providing serviceability of spillage kits and fire safety equipment. Will also be expected to support the MT Transport Team with driving tasks and basic additional administrative tasks in support of Unit activity when required.

This is a full-time post. However, requests for flexible, part-time working and job share will be considered, taking into account at all times the operational needs of the Department. JOB DESCRIPTION
