  • You have the ability to work independently and take direction when required;
  • Previous driving experience with a Class 1A or Class 3 License is required;
  • You have a valid Class 1A or Class 3 Drivers License;
  • You are willing to submit your drivers abstract;
  • You are willing to work seasonal from October to April.
  • You are available to work a variety of shifts including overtime if needed;
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Working closely with the Petroleum Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering fuel to our bulk customers;
  • To come to work with a positive professional approach and attitude;
  • To maintain sales by providing a high level of customer service;
  • To clean and maintain the delivery unit, keeping accurate service records;
  • To handle products and equipment in accordance with established safety regulations for dangerous goods, WHMIS, the environment and driving practices;
  • To complete necessary paperwork in accordance with standards driver’s report. Utilize the BRIC system to full capacity;
  • To be familiar with and adhere to all Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned.
