Job Description As a FP&A Finance Manager you will provide commercial analytical review and insight to enable stakeholders to make the decisions that matter quickly. This role is responsible for providing FP&A support to the Personal Finance business; working closely alongside both finance and non-finance stakeholders to influence and lead the performance of PF. As a FP&A Finance Manager you will: Develop and embed commercial analysis to aid the understanding of financial performance of new business and support business decisions Proactively develop and embed new commercial analysis to aid the understanding of the PF loan book portfolio performance and support business decisions; including monthly redemptions analysis and planning for future fixed rate maturity cohorts Act as a business partner to non finance colleagues to support delivery of the PF financial target, providing rigorous financial modelling, commercial challenge and financial insight Collaborate with Group Finance to provide ongoing review of the Product Pricing tool to ensure continuous development Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Group Finance teams, sharing good practices and financial analysis Support the forecasting and budgeting processes Contribute to a wide range of projects and initiatives as required Qualifications Essential: Minimum 2 years experience working in financial environment with relevant experience Experience of Financial Planning and Analysis Strong communicator and influencer Ability to choose and use a range of financial tools and techniques Strong Excel and IT skills Motivated to take ownership of own work and seek further responsibility Commercially focused Business partnering or stakeholder management experience Desirable: Qualified or studying towards qualification of CIMA, ACCA, ACA Financial Services experience Treasury knowledge Knowledge and use of Together CUBES If you feel you have some of the skills mentioned above, but not all, please do still apply and we would be happy to have a further discussion with you in regards to your suitability for the role.
