Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.  Location: Mghira, Ben Arous Responsibilities:  * Analyze the current skills management system for the direct production workforce * Map production positions, tasks, and part families * Design and implement a new Skills Matrix for production operators * Develop a workforce versatility matrix to assess multi-skilling and flexibility * Define clear and measurable skill levels per task and position * Create objective theoretical and practical evaluation tools * Establish a standardized skill assessment and progression process * Pilot the new system and propose improvement actions * Provide recommendations for sustainable deployment within the organization EXPECTED DELIVERABLES * Skills Matrix and versatility matrix * Theoretical and practical evaluation tools * Skill level progression and qualification process * Deployment recommendations PROFILE Final-year students in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with a strong interest in skills management, industrial environments, and data-driven HR practices.  
Responsibilities
The intern will analyze the current skills management system for the production workforce and design a new Skills Matrix for production operators. They will also develop evaluation tools and establish a standardized skill assessment process.
