This project focuses on supporting marketing activities through digital content creation and design-oriented tasks. The internship aims to strengthen brand presence by producing visual assets, marketing materials, and digital content aligned with the company’s identity. The student will work on design tasks such as social media and communication visuals, presentations, website content elements, and employer branding materials while collaborating closely with marketing and HR teams. Problem Statement Nowadays, organizations need to maintain consistent, high-quality visual internal and external communication across their digital channels. Marketing messages should have visual coherence, brand impact and engagement. The challenge is to structure and professionalize marketing design outputs by applying consistent branding, improving visual storytelling, and supporting marketing campaigns with effective design assets. Methodology for Solution The project will begin with an analysis of the existing brand identity, communication channels, and marketing materials. Based on this analysis, the student will propose visual guidelines and templates aligned with the brand. The internship will involve designing and producing digital assets for various use cases, iterating based on feedback, and organizing reusable design resources. The student may also contribute to basic content planning and campaign execution. Expected Deliverables A set of branded marketing and communication assets (digital visuals, templates, presentations). Updated or newly proposed visual guidelines aligned with the brand identity. Organized design resources for reuse by marketing teams. A final report summarizing design choices, tools used, and marketing impact.
