Job Description As part of the development of its activities, APL is looking for a Construction Engineering Intern to support the execution of data center construction, layout, or renovation projects. Main Responsibilities Under the supervision of a senior engineer, you will take part in all phases of construction oversight: Operational monitoring of construction sites (quality, deadlines, safety, environment) Coordination of participating contractors Attending site meetings and drafting meeting minutes Monitoring subcontractor and supplier contracts Acting as an interface with design teams (HVAC, electrical, fire safety) Taking part in testing, commissioning, and acceptance of installations Profile Sought 🎓 Education Engineering student (4th or 5th year) specializing in civil engineering, energy engineering, construction, or works management. 🛠️ Hard Skills Good knowledge of construction monitoring and building techniques Basic understanding of technical trades (HVAC, electricity, fire safety, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or MS Project would be a plus 💬 Soft Skills Rigor, analytical mindset, curiosity Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team Initiative and adaptability Fluent english is required – technical italiano / spanish is a plus 📍 Location: Milan or Madrid 📅 Start date: As soon as possible 💼 Duration: 4 to 6 months 💰 Compensation: According to current company scale At APL, we are convinced that the strength of our team comes from its diversity.
