Responsibilities

The intern will learn all necessary skills to become an exceptional host in the Club Lounge, involving a mix of reception and food & beverage service duties. Responsibilities include conducting check-ins/check-outs, personal guest care (especially VIPs), handling requests/reservations, managing guest billing, and ensuring smooth service coordination across departments.
