QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• PGA Professional certification (must-have qualification).
• Extensive experience in golf operations, with a strong background in leadership and management.
• Proven track record of growing memberships and delivering high-quality events.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Experience in marketing and brand development is an advantage.

The PGA Professional & Head of Golf Operations will lead and oversee all aspects of golf at Glasson Lakehouse Resort. This role requires a qualified PGA Professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional golf experiences, driving membership growth, and ensuring the highest standards of course and service quality.
