What you will do
This role will provide EA support to the Head of Marketing, EMEA, in addition to administrative support to the wider marketing team.
The EMEA Marketing team is responsible for deepening the growth of the PGIM brand across the region via an integrated marketing strategy that is executed through the full spectrum of marketing channels, online and offline.
Specific responsibilities include diary management for the head of the team, booking travel and managing expenses, assisting with the organisation and hosting of events, processing invoices for multiple third-party vendors and facilitating and trafficking responses to incoming enquiries.

What you will bring

• 5+ years’ experience of providing executive assistant support to a team in a large corporation
• Experience in the asset management industry desirable but not essential
• EMEA experience desirable but not essential
• Events support or project management support desirable
• Attention to detail imperative
• A problem solver, able think on their feet and to take initiative
• Good time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
• Enjoys a collaborative work environment but also able to work independently
• Analytical and lateral thinker
