The Postgraduate Medical Education (PGME) Office is responsible for the administration of over 1000 trainees in close to 70 accredited programs within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry in the College of Health Sciences. The PGME team includes 21 administrative positions and 9 directors governed by the Associate and Assistant Deans. Our mission is to support the trainees (residents and fellows), program directors, supervisors, administrators and faculty members involved in postgraduate medical education. We are looking for an additional team lead to oversee registrations and other administrative functions as it relates to fellowship, areas of focused competence trainees and residents. Reporting to the Manager, Administration, the Team Lead supports PGME governance, operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.  This position fosters collaboration across multiple partners, including faculty, medical education administrators, the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and Alberta Health Services.
