Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $31.94 - $41.20 per hour The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. Responsibilities

This role involves executing against Stanford Health Care's three experience pillars: Know Me, Show Me the Way, and Coordinate for Me, focusing on anticipating patient needs and guiding them toward better health outcomes. The resident will own the complexity of patient care through coordination while delivering value and an exceptional experience for patients and families.
