Account specific roles and responsibilities: Monitor, track, and analyze quality measure performance and outcomes. Identify opportunities for quality improvement and implement corrective action plans. Review clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve quality measure scores and patient outcomes. Conduct audits and provide recommendations based on findings. Interpret quality measure data and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders. Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives and performance management activities. Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and quality reporting requirements. Current and valid PHRN license At least 6 months of Bedside/Clinical experience Must be knowledgeable with MDS (Minimum Data Set) Quality measures experience is a PLUS Strong knowledge of prehospital patient care protocols, standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skills​ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Must be residing within GMA (Greater Manila Area) Willing to work on shifting schedule. What can we offer you?
