Job Description Total Exp - 3-8 Years ROLE OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE - The incumbent would be required to work closely with the global pharmaceutical and biotech companies & required to contribute in the following areas: Forecasting and Market Assessment Data analysis using various database The incumbent would be working in a team of qualified Analysts and would work closely with the Leader to achieve the desired goals. Key Responsibility Indicators The key deliverables of the role include: Forecasting: Well-versed in forecasting (preferably both Oncology and non-Oncology) with hands-on experience in: Top-down and bottom-up approach Patient flow modelling including persistency and PFS/OS understanding (in Oncology) In-line (strategic and tactical) forecasting for marketed assets US side forecasting experience Translate demand forecasts into optimal inventory and supply plans, and make recommendations for inventory strategies. Actualization of forecast and tracking it vs forecast Understanding about SP/ SD channels and their behaviour Ability to study historical data/ trends and identifying gaps in assumptions Understanding business objectives and developing models addressing the business need and capture strategic drivers and assumptions Ability to analyze life sciences datasets like claims data, electronic medical records / prescription data / sales / Market Research outputs Ability to understand and develop market scenarios after understanding the competitive environment Running Monte Carlo simulations / different market scenarios to capture market uncertainty, including optimizing Launch strategy Market Assessments / Indication Prioritization Data analysis using various database: Understanding of key database like IQVIA, Clarivate, IPSOS, etc. Secondary research: Good secondary research and interpretation skill to find out relevant Epidemiology, Pricing and other parameters required for developing a forecast model. Skills Required Quick learner & ability to grasp new concepts Good sense of logic / logical reasoning & can do basic arithmetic flawlessly Excellent business presentation skills coupled with strong communication & comprehension skills in English Qualifications Graduate
