Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un/a Pharma Production Specialist para nuestra Unidad Farmacéutica de Sachets, cuya misión será garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de las operaciones de producción en planta, asegurando la eficiencia, el cumplimiento de objetivos y la mejora continua. ¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de producción de los Equipos Operativos, centrándose en el trabajo “on floor” y la gestión de los recursos técnicos y humanos. Alcanzar objetivos de los KPI’s de su unidad y de la planta, aplicando las acciones necesarias para ello. Ser experto en los procesos de su unidad. Utilizar el análisis y proceso de datos en la toma de decisiones. Orientarse a mejoras y cambios. Liderar y/o participar en proyectos de la Unidad o la Compañía. Crear, modificar, aprobar y asegurar la disponibilidad de todos los recursos (técnicos, humanos, documentales, …) para un correcto y eficiente funcionamiento de la planta de producción. Asegurar el correcto estado y mantenimiento de locales y equipos. Liderar al grupo humano. Centrarse en las personas. Tener una comunicación asertiva, abierta y clara siguiendo los Valores de la Compañía. Valorar al equipo y dar feedback. Detectar las necesidades del cliente interno del proceso y garantizar que se llevan a cabo. Utilizar y participar activamente en el Sistema de Mejora Continua para conseguir los objetivos de eficiencia de planta. Cumplir y asegurar que se cumplen las normas GMP, GPP, HSE o las que correspondan según legislación vigente. Supervisar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente por parte de colaboradores en su ámbito de responsabilidad, así como identificar situaciones o actuaciones que puedan implicar un riesgo en los procesos bajo su responsabilidad, adoptando o proponiendo, en su caso, las correspondientes acciones de mejora. ¿Qué buscamos? Formación universitaria en ciencias o ingeniería. Experiencia en plantas farmacéuticas o sectores afines. Conocimiento de normativas GMP. Inglés nivel alto. Familiaridad con herramientas Lean y mejora continua. Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados, autonomía y capacidad analítica.
