Continuous development is part of everyday work. Ferring + You As a Pharma Statistican (m/w/d) you will be part of a global expert team driving statistical excellence across 15 manufacturing sites. You will support critical manufacturing, quality, and supply decisions with strong methodological expertise and regulatory rigor. You will be an integral part of a global expert team responsible for driving process robustness in Manufacturing Technology and Science (MTS). Your work will span statistical troubleshooting, method selection, and interpretation, as well as the standardization of best practices and capability building through communities of practice, skill development frameworks, and targeted training. In doing so, you will help ensure right-first-time decisions in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, across sites and geographies. Your day at Ferring Provide statistical support for process performance, Continued Process Verification, Product Quality Review, investigations, and trend monitoring Lead in-depth analyses to identify root causes, variability drivers, and risk Standardize statistical methods and ensure regulatory defensibility Build and lead a cross-site Statistics Community of Practice Develop capability frameworks and deliver Good Manufacturing Practice-focused statistical training (Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, Measurement System Analysis, regression analysis, etc.) Ensure audit-ready documentation and sound, evidence-based decision-making Behind our innovation...There`s you.
