YOUR role

In this exciting position, you will support our clients in the pharmaceutical industry with the digital transformation of their production and laboratory processes. Your main tasks will include:

• You use Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Laboratory Information and Management Systems (LIMS) to increase the efficiency of our customers' production and/or laboratory processes.
• You apply Lean methods to minimize waste and continuously improve existing processes.
• You will support the implementation and integration of production or laboratory systems, as well as the connection and adaptation of interfaces, for example to ERP systems, to optimize business processes.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, particularly in the area of ​​computer-aided system validation (CSV).
• You advise our customers on the introduction of new technologies and digital solutions and conduct training courses and workshops for users and key users.

YOUR Skills

• Professional qualifications:
  • Completed degree in natural sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in production or in the laboratory
• Technical know-how:
  • Solid knowledge in the design, implementation and integration of MES or LIMS systems
  • Experience with connecting IT systems and configuring interfaces
  • Safe handling of computer-aided system validation (CSV)
• Methodological competence & digitalization:
  • Practical experience with Lean methods for analyzing and optimizing processes
  • High interest in digital solutions and new technologies
• You have a German language proficiency of at least C1 level and can use it successfully in your daily work.
