This position is located in Strathroy, Ontario, one of two sites located in Canada offering softgel development and manufacturing capabilities for the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health industries. We have a broad range of integrated formulation, manufacturing, analytical and packaging services to offer full-service turnkey solutions.
Reporting to the Department Supervisor, the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Finishing Operator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Finishing Department. This includes tasks such as sorting, polishing, printing, packaging, and reprocessing of capsules. Additionally, the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Finishing Operator is expected to complete training on these responsibilities within a reasonable timeframe.
12-hour Continental Shifts (Days and Nights)
This position is 100% on-site at the Strathroy site.

Responsibilities
  • Communicates with operator from previous shift - during shift change, regarding necessary facts and current events related to the daily operations.
  • Complete all documentation required as per Master Batch Production Records.
  • Cleans, maintains, and operates all equipment for both Integrated Lines, including but not limited to roller grader, twin separator, printers, symetix, bagger, and sealer.
  • Maintains all work areas in a clean and organized state at all times.
  • Training team members in processes and procedures is required.
  • Follows all Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Procedures and Safety procedures.
  • Must be fully qualified and in good standing on finishing modules.
  • Other duties as assigned.
