Do you have experience in a GMP-regulated production environment and want to take on professional responsibility? Then join our team as a Production Supervisor (m/f/d) for Implant Production. In this role, you will coordinate daily production processes, support employees in their day-to-day operations, and ensure the high-quality manufacturing of our implants.

This is what you can expect

Coordination of production

• Planning and coordination of production orders, including the provision of production documentation
• Conducting Batch Record Reviews (BRR) and order follow-up
• Ensuring material availability
• Support with the organization and prioritization of daily tasks

Professional responsibility & process support

• Execution and monitoring of manufacturing and packaging processes
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications, SOPs and quality standards
• Technical contact person for production employees in day-to-day business
• Support with deviation management, root cause analysis and process optimization
• Review of manufacturing documents and SOPs
• Training, qualification and professional support of employees
• Flexible support within the production area during periods of increased workload or staff shortages

The position is limited to 2 years with the option of permanent employment.

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree in the pharmaceutical, medical, biological, chemical or technical field, e.g. as: Pharmaceutical Technician (m/f/d), Chemical Technician (m/f/d), CTA/BTA/MTA (m/f/d), Laboratory Technician (m/f/d), Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d), Chemical Production Specialist (m/f/d), Bachelor's degree in Medical / Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology or a comparable field)
• Professional experience in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, biotechnology or food industries is an advantage.
• Experience in a GMP environment and/or cleanroom is desirable.
• Strong quality awareness and meticulous work ethic
• Technical understanding and sound documentation skills
• Teamwork skills, a sense of responsibility, and reliability
