THE OPPORTUNITY

We are establishing a new pharmaceutical process engineering capability in Germany, and we’re looking for passionate individuals at all levels of seniority to help us shape it - from the ground up. Whether your expertise lies in fill/finish, biologics, clean utilities, packaging, or project management, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a new and growing team delivering high-impact work for global clients across Germany and Europe.

We’re looking for people with a strong foundation in a specific area of technical excellence, combined with a holistic mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the drive to challenge what’s possible in every project.

• Experience delivering major life science capital projects, ideally across multiple project phases, from pre-feasibility through to completion.
• A mindset of continuous improvement, with the confidence to question, adapt, and task calculated risks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead and inspire others, regardless of seniority or formal roles.
