POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Research Assistant to support ongoing product research, formulation refinement, and technical development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong scientific background and hands-on experience in pharmacy compounding, dermatology products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
• Pharmacy assistant or technician degree with compounding experience
• Experience in pharmacy compounding (required)
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to travel within British Columbia as needed

• Support product development and formulation optimization
• Contribute to user experience evaluations and feedback collection
• Assist in drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Conduct basic analytics and documentation
• Support technical demonstrations and product presentations
