OVERVIEW

We are currently searching for a passionate, dedicated and driven Specialty Sales Representative Cardiovascular. This field-based customer-facing position will be responsible for accelerating and delivering territory business performance through effective business planning, execution excellence with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration.
Reports To: Associate Regional Sales Manager, Cardiovascular Ontario

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree, preferably in Science or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/health care industry with at least 2 years with specialty sales (CV experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented and customer focused supported by a strong track record
  • Proven abilities in business acumen, analytical skills and budget management
  • Agile and innovative thinker that challenges status quo to identify, assesses, and implements new initiatives.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and solution driven.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Database and Dashboards.
  • Valid drivers’ license

Responsibilities
  • Promote CV product(s) and services to healthcare professionals such as specialists (cardiologists, internists, endocrinologists), primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and pharmacists through impactful interactions
  • Develop and implement territory Business Plans by leveraging Brand Strategy and tools to achieve sales targets and objectives
  • Proactively monitors territory sales execution aligned with KPI and adjust business plan accordingly (sales, call plan, productivity measures)
  • Navigate effectively and adapt to the provincial reimbursement environment dynamics by leveraging patient access programs based on the payer mix profile
  • Exhibit high level of accountability, winning attitude, innovation and growth mindset to achieve and surpass team goals.
  • Represent HLS as an innovative and ethical oriented company whose products and services respond accurately to the needs of patients and of the medical community
