CRD Careers has partnered with a leading biopharmaceutical company with over 30 years of success developing FDA-approved respiratory therapies for both adult and pediatric patients. They are expanding their field sales team in the New Brunswick, NJ region. This is a strong opportunity for a disciplined, relationship-driven seller who thrives in territory ownership, physician engagement, and consultative selling. What You’ll Do Call on physicians including psychiatrists, pediatricians, neurologists, and other medical specialists by scheduled office appointments Build and manage strong provider relationships across your territory Promote FDA-approved respiratory products supported by strong brand recognition in the physician community Execute territory planning and consistently grow account performance Deliver product education and in-office presentations Operate within a defined regional territory (New Brunswick, NJ and surrounding area) No overnight travel required Qualifications 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a major or established organization Proven, documented track record of strong recent sales performance Currently employed and stable in current role (2+ years in position strongly preferred) Experience in true outside sales Bachelor’s degree required Experience selling into industries such as telecom, office equipment, payroll, uniforms, advertising, technology, or similar consultative B2B models Additional Information Compensation & Benefits $85,000–$90,000 |OnTrack Total Compensation: $125,000+ Company Car Provided Full Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage 401(k) Paid Time Off If you’re a proven outside sales performer looking to step into a respected pharmaceutical sales environment with strong brand recognition and long-term growth, we’d like to connect.
