Misión Representar de manera cercana a la Compañía, ante los profesionales de las oficinas de farmacias, a los que comunica y asesora sobre los productos y servicios que tiene asignados, bajo criterios éticos y de eficiencia y con un alto grado de conocimiento y relación que le permiten detectar y satisfacer sus necesidades, y todo ello para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales. Funciones y responsabilidades Conseguir los objetivos de ventas de los productos que están bajo su responsabilidad focalizando en el sell-out. Mantener un fichero de clientes activo, suficiente y con la obligación de priorización y segmentación necesarios. Adquirir, mantener al día y transmitir un alto grado de conocimiento de producto, mercado, competencia y aspectos relacionados con el entorno sanitario de su zona realizando formaciones de calidad en los clientes. Hacer un estricto uso del presupuesto promocional que se le asigne con criterios de coste-beneficio. Proponer, diseñar y llevar a cabo actividades dirigidas a conseguir y mejorar sus objetivos. Notificar los aspectos que afecten a los productos de la Compañía (información de mercado, acciones de la competencia, reacciones adversas, oportunidades comerciales, distribución, etc.). Trabajar acciones de visbilidad en farmacias para aumentar el sell-out del vademecum de almirall. Proponer áreas de mejora en la gestión territorial y de la División Farmacias. Formación Licenciatura o Diplomatura en Ciencias de la Salud, Empresariales, Económicas o ADE. Conocimientos específicos Conocimientos de Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Conocimientos de Marketing y Ventas. Experiencia 3 - 5 años como Delegado de Visita a Farmacias en la zona de Madrid. Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft #LI-SA1 Why work with Almirall?
