Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Pharmacist to lead and manage operations across our retail, compounding, and sterile compounding divisions. This is a leadership-intensive role designed for a pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentorship and oversight, and values a balanced, four-day workweek schedule. In addition to overseeing core pharmacy operations, this role will be actively involved in expanding clinical services initiatives, including pharmacogenomics and other patient-focused programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of retail, compounding, and sterile compounding services. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, USP standards, and company policies. Lead, train, and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and service delivery. Manage workflow, scheduling, and performance within the pharmacy team. Support the development and implementation of clinical service projects, including pharmacogenomics and other advanced care initiatives. Review, compound, and dispense medications accurately and efficiently. Maintain inventory control and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with providers, patients, and internal teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required. Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Missouri (MO). Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a retail or compounding pharmacy setting. Proven leadership and management experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of sterile and non-sterile compounding regulations and practices. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Interest or experience in pharmacogenomics or clinical services is a plus.
