About the Department Cabrini Health Pharmacy Departments are located at Malvern and Brighton and provide a range of patient-centred pharmacy services to Cabrini patients, including clinical pharmacy, dispensing, procurement, sterile and cytotoxic manufacturing, and clinical trial management. To learn more visit: Cabrini Health - Pharmacy About the Role As a Pharmacist at Cabrini Health, you will deliver high quality, patient-centred pharmacy services working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Our pharmacists have the opportunity to rotate through clinical wards, sterile and cytotoxic manufacturing and inpatient dispensing. You will be an essential member of all clinical teams and play a critical role in medication management. Flexibility will be required to work over 5 days – Monday to Friday with some on-call, weekend and evening work on a rostered basis. Key responsibilities will include: Delivering safe, effective, and compliant pharmaceutical care to patients Providing dispensing and medication counselling service to patients Providing medication advice and information to clinicians and healthcare teams Ensuring safe storage and handling of medications Communicating and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary clinical teams What you will bring to the role Along with enthusiasm to learn, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and have the following: Current AHPRA Registration Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy (desirable) Well-developed computer skills Sound written and verbal communication skills Ability to be proactive and work well within a team Sound prioritising and organisational skills with the ability to adapt to conflicting demands Why join Cabrini?
