Your key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dispensary and pharmacy floor
• Provide professional advice and medication counselling to customers
• Accurately dispense prescriptions using MyScripts
• Supervise and mentor Intern Pharmacists, Students, and Dispensary Technicians
• Maintain stock levels and manage inventory
• Help implement new pharmacy services tailored to the Coomera community
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and professional accountability
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for community health
• Experience in a fast-paced pharmacy or multidisciplinary health setting (preferred but not essential)
