This position interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards. As a Pharmacist Clinical you will: Consult with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions. Provide drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary. Provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties. Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice. Qualifications In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: 1 year hospital experience strongly preferred PGY-1 or BCPS preferred May be required to be on-call in certain situations.
