About Lifemed Lifemed is a closed-door pharmacy, allowing our pharmacists to focus on patient care, safety, and collaboration without the distractions of a traditional retail setting. Key Responsibilities Patient Care Serve patients by preparing medications and providing pharmacological information to multidisciplinary healthcare teams Monitor patient drug therapies and recommend interventions when appropriate Provide pharmacological expertise by answering questions from healthcare professionals and counseling on drug therapies Ensure safe, accurate delivery of pharmaceuticals Operations & Workflow Oversee pharmacy operations by organizing and directing workflow of Pharmacy Technicians Verify preparation, labeling, and order entry of medications Ensure accuracy of charges, inspections, and overall workflow efficiency Supervise and support pharmacy support personnel Compliance & Safety Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
