The role
- Lead and manage a busy community pharmacy.
- Be the face of the pharmacy locally, delivering excellent service and building strong community relationships.
- Drive growth in NHS and private services, while ensuring the pharmacy remains compliant, safe and patient-focused.
- Motivate and develop your team to achieve consistently high standards.
