-Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist in community pharmacy in Ontario
-Superior interpersonal skills to collaborate with pharmacy assistants within our team to accurately dispense prescription medications
-Strong verbal and written communication skills to counsel patient on medications and communicate with physicians within our team
-Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
-Kroll computer proficiency
-Ability to multi-task
-Injection training and certification
-Familiar with extending chronic medication prescriptions for patients that do not have refills and qualify under OCP for extension under the pharmacist
-Ability to provide patient centered care with ability to use current practice models to generate revenue (i.e. Fee for service, POP, MedsCheck, COVID vaccinations)

-Interest or knowledge in compounding would be a bonus
