As a key member of the SHC pharmacy team, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare by fostering a collaborative environment, driving innovation, creating a culture of wellness, and delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and/or improve workflow. Support departmental operations, such as scheduling. Participate in onboarding, training, and mentoring of new staff and learners (e.g. residents, students). Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy and site operations teams, and attend designated meetings as required. To succeed in this role, a SHC pharmacist must be proficient in time management, organization, and proactive problem-solving. They should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Computer literacy for drug information and word processing is essential.
