We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active pharmacist license in ONTARIO
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• MUST be able to commute to parry sound
• PropelRx experience
• Flexible schedule

Experience:

• Pharmacy : 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Pharmacist license in Ontario (required)

Work Location: In perso

• Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of prescribed medications.
• Prepare and dispense medications, ensuring proper dosage and administration routes.
• Provide patient education on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans based on individual needs.
