Experience with USP 797 and 800, managing sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous infusion and injectable doses, as well as coverage of the cleanroom to prepare doses when needed. Position will require remote coverage of Epic verification queue for other oncology infusion pharmacy operations. Additional Job Description Experience: minimum 5 years experience of direct oversight of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements. Minimum Training and Education: Doctor of Pharmacy or a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Completion of a pharmacy residency preferred. Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
