RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge for a contract position near St. Cloud or northwest Minneapolis, MN. This assignment is expected to last 8 to 13 weeks, with the potential for a permanent offer based on performance. The role is based in a long-term care pharmacy and requires leadership and operational oversight of pharmacy staff and processes. This is a high-need, high-priority opening.

REQUIREMENTS:

Active and clear Minnesota Pharmacist license
Minimum 2 years of recent long-term care pharmacy experience
Minimum 2 years of recent pharmacy management experience

Supervise staff pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Manage daily production and ensure timely prescription dispensing
Evaluate and enhance workflow processes for efficiency, safety, and compliance
Oversee CII inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain 797-compliance, including training, documentation, and revisions
