An IMM Pharmacist Intern contributes to AHF by being an important team member of the Integrated Medication Management (IMM) Clinical Support Team. The IMM Pharmacy Intern is responsible for supporting our interdisciplinary quality improvement intervention efforts, completing telephonic medication reviews, answering drug information questions, creating patient-facing educational material, and contributing to professional education efforts. An IMM Pharmacist Intern enhances the reputation of AHF by positively impacting the quality of care to our patients, supporting our pharmacy teams, and collaborating with other departments to improve healthcare metrics and quality markers across AHF. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as an IMM Pharmacist Intern it is crucial to ensure that the AHF core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that your do.
