Per Diem/Day Shift Under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist, has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patients quality of life.
