Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff at a designated site and/or department. Perform regular staff pharmacist duties. Oversee workflow coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely medication distribution. Act as a point person for problem-solving and issue resolution within the department. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity. May be designated as the Pharmacist in charge. Qualifications Education: Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy. Licensure Current Registered Pharmacist License (Rph) for applicable state required. ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire. Pay Range USD $85.63 - USD $99.33 /Hr.
