Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Balderton in Newark.
This community pharmacy is commutable from Grantham, Sleaford, Lincoln and Mansfield and is located on the High Street of a small village. It has a great team and a strong relationship with the GP surgery located just around the corner. The Pharmacy has real potential to increase delivery of NHS services as well as private services.

HOW OUR PHARMACY MAKES A DIFFERENCE:

  • It dispenses 4000 items a month,
  • It provides a wide range of services including BP, ABPM, NMS, DMS, MDS, substance misuse, contraception, Pharmacy First, flu and covid vaccinating.
  • It provides services to 5 substance misuse patients.
  • It dispenses 10 community blisters per month.
    This pharmacy is open Monday to Friday 8.30pm to 5.30pm. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 3 Qualified Pharmacy Assistants.
    The Ideal Candidate
    The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.
    You’ll be focussed on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.
    You’ll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
