• Provide patient-centered, clinical pharmacy services — from dispensing to counselling to prescribing within your scope.
• Build trusted relationships with patients, their families, and our wider healthcare team.
• Collaborate daily with other professionals on-site (nurses, NPs, physicians, physio, mental health practitioners, and more).
• Work on an amazing team to provide fast, friendly and professional dispensing
• Actively participate in professional services and identify opportunities to expand patient care.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and privacy in all dispensing and record-keeping.
• Support and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering teamwork and efficiency.
