We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and patient-focused APA Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy operations and champion the delivery of exceptional clinical services.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Pharmacist in Alberta with Additional Prescribing Authorization (APA).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a community pharmacy setting.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with physicians and patients.
• Confident in delivering care plans, administering injections, and engaging in clinical services.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide high-quality clinical pharmacy services, including comprehensive care plans, medication reviews, and prescribing within APA scope.
• Administer injections and vaccinations as per Alberta guidelines.
• Lead the delivery of clinical services such as travel medicine, chronic disease management, and medication optimization programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Oversee and support pharmacy staff to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.
• Drive key performance goals, including prescription growth, patient engagement, and expansion of clinical services.
