JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our pharmacy healthcare team. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medication.
Preferably 9 to 6 every Wednesday. No nights , Sundays or holidays. Some Saturdays 9 to 2 pm would be helpful.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active pharmacist license in Ontario
  • Proficient understanding of medical terminology related to pharmacology
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with local multidisciplinary teams
