Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications, and provide thorough medication counselling to patients and caregivers.
  • Conduct medication reviews and make clinical interventions to prevent or resolve drug-related issues, offering appropriate therapeutic recommendations to support safe and cost-effective treatment.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants in carrying out routine patient care activities within the outpatient pharmacy.
  • Support the clinical training and education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and pharmacy support staff.
  • Contribute to research and quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Job requirements:

  • Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)
  • Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council
  • Newly registered pharmacists are welcome to apply
