Staff Pharmacist - Retail Title: Staff Pharmacist - Retail Facility: Fidelity Health Care Job Reports to: Pharmacy Supervisor General Summary/Responsibilities: Under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Supervisor, and according to standard procedures, compounds and dispenses medications and pharmaceutical care upon receiving written physician orders; performs all duties necessary to provide for the effective daily operation of all departmental services and programs; supervises support personnel in all work areas assigned; participates in training pharmacy students, technicians, and other allied professionals; participates in clinical research protocols and drug therapy research activities.
