PHARMACIST / SENIOR PHARMACIST!

Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (staggered start times between 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM)
We are looking for dedicated and qualified Pharmacists / Senior Pharmacists to join our team in providing professional pharmaceutical care and supporting clinic operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Valid Form A license with Health Sciences Authority
• 3–5 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and counselling skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Committed to continuing professional development (CPD) and ongoing training

• Dispense medications accurately and safely according to legal and clinical guidelines
• Provide professional advice to patients and healthcare providers on medications, dosages, side effects, and interactions
• Support chronic disease management and ambulatory care services
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceuticals
• Conduct audits, stock takes, and monitor expiry dates
• Assist in clinic pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and report generation
• Maintain compliance with local regulatory and licensing requirements
