We are currently accepting resumes & applications for the following pharmacist float position, with being primarily located at our Galion, Ohio location:  JOB SUMMARY:   Interprets physician prescriptions and medication orders. Monitors patient therapies. Acts as a drug information resource to patients, medical staff, nursing staff and ancillary department personnel. Compounds and dispenses prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals. Supervises and directs support personnel.   Regulatory Requirements:    * Current Pharmacist licensure in good standing in the State of Ohio    Education Requirements:    * Graduated from an accredited School of Pharmacy   * Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent    Experience:    * Inpatient Health System, Ambulatory Medication Management or Retail Pharmacy experience preferred based on pharmacy practice site (inpatient, MMC or retail pharmacy).   * Completion of an accredited residency program or equivalent professional experience preferred    Avita Health System is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  IND1 Full-time
