Our Onco360 Pharmacy in Louisville, KY has a need for Full Time Pharmacist Supervisor!     Onsite Monday to Friday with coverage from 9:30am to 6pm EST.    Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.    Salary starting at $133,000 annually and up, depending on experience     We offer a variety of benefits including: * Medical; Dental; Vision * 401k with a match * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * Tuition Reimbursement * Company paid benefits – life insurance; and short and long-term disability Pharmacist Major Responsibilities:  * The Pharmacist Supervisor works closely with the Pharmacy Director to review staff performance metrics and conducts coaching / counseling as needed.  * The Pharmacist Supervisor promotes dispensing accuracy and operational efficiency across the team. * Promotes on-site engagement, teamwork, and employee morale. * Conducts regular one-on-one meetings with staff to provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support. * Manages direct reports, including payroll coordination, PTO approvals, performance management, and participation in disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies. * Evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness, including drug selection, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration; provides recommendations for therapy modifications as appropriate. * Maintains the patient database, ensuring accurate documentation of current and past medical history, clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medications (including over the counter and home remedies). * Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide clinical support as needed. * Documents all communications with physicians, nurses, other healthcare team members, patients/residents, and family members in the medical record. * Supports the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures related to the safe procurement, storage, distribution, use, and disposal of drugs and biologicals. * Assists in obtaining and maintaining required documentation in accordance with federal and state regulatory requirements. * Reports medication-related errors to the Pharmacy Director in accordance with established procedures. * Ensures appropriate documentation of adverse drug reactions (ADRs); ensures product complaints are properly documented and reported to pharmaceutical manufacturers as required. * Maintains a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy work environment in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. * Conducts responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable policies and procedures, federal and state laws, and professional standards. * Performs other duties as assigned.   Pharmacist Supervisor Job Requirements: Education/Learning Experience * Required:  Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy * Desired:  Pharm D preferred Work Experience * Desired:  One year experience in retail pharmacy Skills/Knowledge * Required:  Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal and state regulations.  Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
