As a member of the Patient Contact Centre Supervisory Team, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Pharmacist Team Lead will play a critical role to meet established quality and productivity goals of .
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Responsible to work in an efficient and collaborative manner with direct staff and internal and external clients
- Provide sustained performance and engagement through effective leadership, utilizing a high level of integrity, communication and involvement
- Recommend and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform Pharmacist duties when required

- Assess employee performance and recommend promotions in area of expertise
- Establish/coordinate monthly and weekly production schedules and daily assignments of staff
- Responsible for staff hiring, employee engagement, health and safety and progressive discipline
- Identify, investigate, correct and document potential regulatory and safety problems
- Interact with customers on an as needed basis to address issues
- Troubleshoot situations that arise and determine resolution quickly to ensure minimal disruption
- Coordinate, manage and effectively complete all administrative responsibilities. This would include timesheet, vacation coverage, incident and corrective action reports, review processes, etc.
- Understand, meet and embrace the plant/department operational budgets, while able to communicate and teach the fundamentals of fiscal responsibility and operational excellence
- Reviewing and reconcile reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Conduct information meetings for employees and/or Customers
- Participate in special projects to assist development goals and improve production processes to simplify procedures or reduce costs to the department
