Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Oversee the workflow processes to effectively prioritize and manage efficiencies within the team.
  • Responsible for supporting management with delivering on business objectives defined for the team members such as productivity plans and service level metrics.
  • Responsible for supporting management of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants to ensure success with overall objectives. Work with Colleagues to cover off periods of absence, high workload, or any other instance as required to ensure that there are no gaps in frontline duties or team supervision.
  • Responsible for supporting the continuous quality improvement for team members.
  • Responsible for supporting the implementation of new programs as required.
  • Responsible for supporting the identification of program improvement opportunities to deliver value to stores and patients.
  • Responsible for support the training of all new staff and maximizing the effectiveness of each individual through further training opportunities as required.
  • Will be required to work as part of the Operations schedule to ensure adequate support for team members.
  • Responsible for supporting front line operations during peak volume periods, when there are low resources, or when determined by the needs of the business.

This position is responsible for assisting in:

  • The management and coordination of operational processes of the Central Pharmacy Services team performing non-production/cognitive services and to ensure optimal service to client pharmacies and patients.
  • The incumbent will provide support in monitoring the performance and development of the team, support quality management, and assist in identifying process improvements to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
